This meditation is about the Heart and Womb’s Connection. This meditation intends to help you unite and bring the heart and womb to coherence. We have adopted many beliefs and concepts according to our upbringing, cultures, and society as a whole. We have grown up in a sexually suppressed society. This reflects a lot of distortions within our collective consciousness.
This meditation will help you reflect upon any suppressions and wrong ideas you might have about love and sexuality. You will be guided into a loving meditation in your Presence.
