Opening into Presence Consciousness is a profound state of your consciousness; thus, it also brings certain challenges. Generally, a person here undergoes deeper healing, meeting unresolved trauma and dysfunctions that, up till this time, you would not have had access to. However, you might have worked on these issues previously, though now you have gained further strength to deal with and heal core wounds.
About Presence This level of consciousness is relatively rare, and few people are awake at this level. Presence is very different from all previous energy work and practices. In Presence, the sense of being a separate “I” starts to dissipate as the distortions and conditionings of the mind are seen and surrendered gradually. It is a “Being” consciousness rather than “Doing.” It is the “I AM” -ness, where Being is preferred instead of interacting with energies and objective phenomena. There is a realization that there is no “doer” of activity because, upon a closer look, there is no one here as such. Only the present space is experienced. It was only an assumed identity; all thoughts and emotions are happening by themselves. One realizes that there is no doer, and there is no one that is doing something - it is all happening by itself.
